HOT + COLD THERAPY

While our cold plunge is a self-sanitizing unit, and all equipment will be cleaned and sanitized daily, there are no onsite showers, so please arrive clean and free of oils & lotions. Please bring and wear a clean swimsuit for all sessions. The studio will provide towels.  If you have any other questions, let us know!
