Immerse yourself in the rest and relaxation of an hour long assisted Thai Massage-infused Yin Yoga session designed to release all the stress and anxiety of the outside world, accompanied by an hour long Sound Bath to realign the energy in your body. Your hostesses, Amanda and Megan, combine years of training and heart opening session experiences to offer this beautiful ceremony of relaxation and intention around the full moon.
