Hometown Harvest Day Retreat

Join us for a day of community, self care, and rejuvenation this Fall! The day will be filled with yoga, delicious food, workshops, and so much more! We're partnering with our neighbors over at Enkindle Pottery Studio, where we'll find grounding through clay and create a fun pottery project. Throughout the day, each guest will have the opportunity to experience at least two sessions of their choice from the following modalities:

• Thai Massage with Jasmine Williams

• Reiki with Megan Fine and Liv Aguilar

• Hot/Cold Therapy (Infrared Sauna and/or Cold Plunge)

• Personal Astrology Reading from the Austin Astrology Group

• Basic Ayurvedic Consultation with Amanda Yetley
