My Story

Julia first discovered the practice of yoga in 2010 on a journey to figure out who she was as a newly sober woman. This practice has been one that has supported her through many adjustments, shifts and changes in life, like entering into motherhood and the death of her husband in 2021. 

She is a 500-hour trauma informed yoga teacher with extensive training in guided meditation, energy work, yogic philosophy, as well as nervous system support + somatic healing modalities. 

She is also certified in yoga nidra, grief support and hypnotherapy. 

She helps her clients find healing + grounding by teaching them how to get in touch with their bodies, their emotions and the felt sense that lives inside all of us through gentle movement, breath awareness and quitting the mind.
