Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5-15 minutes early. Out of respect for everyone's time, late arrivals will not be admitted. Please sign all waivers online prior to arrival. Each attendee must sign a separate waiver prior to first class/session. Cancellations require a minimum of 2 hrs advanced notice and must be cancelled online. No refunds/rainchecks will be issued for no-shows or classes/services cancelled less than 2 hrs in advance and will count against your membership total. Classes with no registrants 2 hrs in advance are subject to cancellation.
